
Thai Language Teaching Responsibilities
1. Conducting Thai Language Instruction
-Plan and design lessons appropriate to students' Thai language levels (Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced)
-Teach Thai listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills using clear and engaging methods
-Use a variety of teaching materials and technologies to stimulate interest and enhance learning
-Organize supplementary activities such as games, role-plays, and Thai culture-related projects
2. Assessing and Monitoring Student Progress
-Create and administer assessments to evaluate learning progress periodically
-Write progress reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
3. Promoting Understanding of Thai Culture
-Introduce Thai traditions, customs, and culture alongside language lessons
-Organize activities to help students appreciate and respect cultural diversity
4. Student Support and Guidance
-Support students in language learning and cultural adjustment
-Offer advice on using Thai in daily life and in the school environment
5. Collaboration with School Staff
-Coordinate with homeroom teachers and foreign staff to develop effective curricula and teaching strategies
-Attend meetings and participate in various school activities
6. Professional Development
-Participate in workshops, seminars, or training to improve teaching skills and professional knowledge
-Stay updated on new teaching techniques and learning materials
