The Thai Teacher will work closely with the Thai Department to develop the curriculum, maintain accurate assessment records, prepare documentation for ONESQA requirements, and organise Thai cultural events and Extra-Curricular Activities. The role also requires active participation in professional development and a strong commitment to the College’s Vision, Mission, Core Values, policies and safeguarding procedures.

Professional Requirements
To uphold the School’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Collaborate with the Thai Department to develop an engaging Thai Language, Culture, and History curriculum aligned with Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements and international school expectations.
Teach Thai as a first language and/or Thai as a foreign language, supporting students with a wide range of educational needs.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons with clear learning objectives and provide timely, constructive feedback to support students’ ongoing progress.
Lead Thai Extra-curricular Activities (ECA).
Ensure that marking and assessment records are accurate and consistently up to date, including internally assessed tests.
Implement effective ongoing assessment practices to monitor student learning and progress.
Assess and report on students’ progress and achievement in accordance with agreed school policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with the Thai Department to prepare documentation for ONESQA quality assurance and accreditation visits.
Work with the Thai team in organising Thai cultural events within the school community.
Engage in continuous professional development related to teaching and learning.
Work in accordance with all school policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Primary, or the Head of College.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in education or Bachelor of Arts with a major in Thai Language, or other related fields, with a teaching license.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an international school.
Proficiency in both Thai and English.
Willingness to work outside normal working hours when necessary.
Flexible and proactive.
