Satit Bangna School is a leading school in Samut Prakan Province. We are a part of Cambridge International School and using its curriculum for our English Program. The school is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the following positions:

1. Head of Science

Reports to: The Principal and the Vice Principal of English Program

Role Summary:
Lead Primary & Secondary Science (G1–G12) in alignment with Cambridge Assessment International Education ensuring high-quality learning and strong student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum planning and progression (Stages 1–6)
• Ensure effective teaching, assessment, and Cambridge alignment
• Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint
• Mentor & train Science Teachers and conduct lesson observations
• Oversee laboratory safety and resource management
• Support STEM activities and academic events

Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker or Asian
• Master’s Degree in Science or related field
• At least 5 years of teaching qualification required
• Experience with Cambridge University curriculum is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English

2. Head of Global Perspectives (Social Studies)

Reports to: The Principal and the Vice Principal of English Program

Role Summary:
Leads and manages the Cambridge Global Perspectives curriculum to develop students’ critical thinking, research, communication, and collaboration skills in alignment with Cambridge standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum planning and implementation for Cambridge Global Perspectives (G1-G12)
• Ensure lessons promote inquiry, global awareness, research skills, and reflective thinking
• Monitor teaching quality and student progress
• Support teachers in lesson planning, assessment, training and moderation aligned with Cambridge criteria
• Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint
• Promote project-based learning and presentation skills

Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker only
• Master’s Degree in Social Studies
• In-depth knowledge of world geo-politics, history, and international relations
• Experience with Cambridge University curriculum is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English

3. Head of College Counselling

Reports to: The Principal and the Vice Principal of Secondary

Role Summary:
Leads the college and career guidance program, supporting students and parents in university preparation, career planning, and international admissions aligned with Cambridge pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students in subject selection aligned with Cambridge progression pathways
• Provide university and career counselling (Thai & international universities)
• Support application processes (portfolio, personal statement, recommendation letters)
• Organize university fairs, career talks, and parent workshops.
• Maintain strong communication with parents in both Thai and English
• Track student academic profiles and progression readiness

Qualifications:
• Thai or Native English Speaker
• Must be fluent in both Thai and English
• 3-5 years’ experience in College Counselling
• A Master’s Degree is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
