Position #1 Kindergarten Maths/Science Teacher THB65-70,000/month. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Maths/Science or Education, and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience. This position is open to native-English speaking applicants, only.
Campus Sukhumvit 64
Position #2 Primary Maths Teacher THB60-65,000/month. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Maths and a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience. This position is open to NNES applicants with a TOEIC score of 850+ with a good command of spoken English.
Position #3 Secondary Maths Teacher THB75-80,000/month. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Maths and experience teaching the subject at both iGCSE and A-level. Experience teaching the Singaporean curriculum is an advantage. This position is open to NNES applicants with a TOEIC score of 850+ with a good command of spoken English.
Position #4 Secondary Physics Teacher THB75-80,000/month. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Physics and experience teaching the subject at both iGCSE and A-level. This position is open to NNES applicants with a TOEIC score of 850+ with a good command of spoken English.
Position #5 University Guidance and Profile Development Counsellor THB55-60,000/month.
Key Responsibilities
1. University Application Guidance (Primarily US, UK, and international pathways)
* Provide 1-on-1 counselling to students applying to top-tier universities (approx. 10–15 cases per year).
* Design long-term, individualised plans to develop students’ academic and co-curricular profiles.
* Offer expert guidance on all elements of the application: personal statements, supplemental essays, teacher recommendations, standardised testing, and interviews.
* Facilitate application logistics, including UCAS, Common App, direct-entry systems, and scholarship applications.
* Conduct university interview preparation and MMI simulations where appropriate.
2. Profile Coaching and Academic Mentorship
* Mentor students in our Profile Development Programme to identify, explore, and deepen their academic and personal interests through structured project planning, summer schools, competitions, research, and internships.
* Support students with goal setting, time management, and academic planning.
* Help students initiate and complete meaningful "passion projects" aligned with their intended field of study.
3. Strategic Development and Programme Leadership
* Lead or contribute to the ACS Department’s strategic initiatives (e.g. revamping counselling frameworks, launching new guidance programmes, enhancing Unifrog/Common App integration, or developing workshops and outreach campaigns).
* Collaborate with the school's teaching staff, Heads of Pathway, and pastoral teams to ensure alignment across academic and career guidance.
* Contribute to parent engagement and community events (e.g. university fairs, admissions talks, and parent briefings).
What We Look For
* A Bachelor’s degree from a leading university (preferably from the US or UK).
* Strong familiarity with the US and UK university admissions processes (including Common App, UCAS, Oxbridge, and selective school admissions).
* A deep passion for mentoring and supporting high school students in their personal and academic growth.
* Excellent writing skills, with experience in essay coaching and personal statement development.
* Prior experience in education, academic advising, or working with high-performing students (experience with A-Level or IGCSE programmes is a plus).
* A proactive and strategic mindset with a track record of taking ownership of initiatives or leading educational projects.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
* (Preferred) Experience guiding applicants to top-tier or highly selective institutions (Ivy League, Oxbridge, etc.)
Background in a STEM field or experience guiding STEM applicants is a plus. This position is open to NNES applicants with a TOEIC score of 870+ with a good command of spoken English.
Posted base salaries are based on the qualifications specified for each position and, in some cases, a post graduate qualification. Final offered salaries are, however, determined using a salary scale determining actual degree field, additional qualifications and length of experience. We also offer a performance based increase, upon passing probation.
We follow both the Singaporean (Primary) and the UK curricula (Secondary) and we require a commitment of at least 2 years.
