
Pornsirikul School, a respected private institution in southern Thailand, is currently hiring full-time English teachers for both Primary and Secondary ESL programs. Located just five minutes from Trang Airport and about 40 minutes from a serene beach, the school provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for nearly 900 students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12. The monthly salary for both positions is 23,000 Baht, and teachers are offered a full 12-month contract with various benefits.
For the Secondary ESL position, the school seeks a dynamic, adaptable, and creative individual to teach students from Grade 7 to Grade 12. Class sizes range from 10 to 20 students, ensuring personalized attention. The primary teaching responsibility is English, though additional subjects such as Project & Communication or Health may also be required. Teachers will have a maximum of 20–22 periods per week, with each class lasting 50 minutes.
The Primary ESL position involves teaching Grade 1 to Grade 6 students, typically covering only 1–2 grade levels. The role includes instructing English, Mathematics (Origo), and Project & Craft, along with optional subjects such as Science Experiments, MathsWhizz, or GrapeSEED. Like the secondary role, class sizes are small, and the teaching load does not exceed 22 periods per week. Lesson plans and online learning platforms are provided to support instruction.
Qualified applicants must be Filipino nationals aged 22–35 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field. Additional certifications such as TOEIC, TESOL, or TEFL are required. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working with young learners, adaptable to Thai culture, and possess strong English skills.
