August 2025 start
This is one of South-East Asia’s top-performing schools providing an exhilarating international education for over 2,000 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 18 set in the context of the British System. Growth and investment continues creating opportunities for outstanding teachers, who are ambitious about their professional development.
Fully-qualified teachers (with QTS or equivalent) who have energy, enthusiasm and a passion for English Language and Literature are invited to submit completed application forms. Applicants with an additional teaching subject, and enthusiasm to teach across departments, are preferred.
This is an opportunity to join a simply remarkable team of teachers, in a thriving and successful English department which has rapidly established high performance under outstanding leadership. The growth of the school demands teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4 and so specialists here would be valued, as is strong subject and pedagogical knowledge. An excellent and proven track record of teaching The National Curriculum for England and both English Language and English Literature courses up to, and including, Key Stage 4 is required; Key Stage 5 experience is advantageous, but not necessary. The department runs a rich and varied co-curricular programme that all staff contribute to and demonstrate strong commitment to raising the profile of the English Department across the school.
An excellent package of international benefits is offered, and teachers and families wishing to add an enriching dimension to their lives are warmly encouraged to find out more. The school has the strongest of partnerships with Shrewsbury School UK (www.shrewsbury.org.uk) and enjoys a stunningly spectacular setting on the banks of Bangkok’s Chao Phraya river.
Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to submit applications immediately.
