Experience of working in top British schools, particularly in the UK but of course also internationally, is very important and UK teaching qualifications essential. Our teachers need an unquenchable desire to make things better: excellent knowledge, skills and understanding are requirements, but we are always trying to improve, to redefine, to grow. The House System is a fundamental part of life at WCIB and teachers in the Senior School are also House Tutors.
