Job Title: Student Support Officer

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Student Support Officer to join our team in guiding and assisting students to reach their full potential both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans to help students overcome challenges.
• Provide counseling, guidance, and emotional support to students.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to coordinate effective support strategies.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs to promote student well-being.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential student records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in student support, counseling, or behavior management—preferably with children or adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of empathy, patience, and commitment to supporting student success.
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
