Dipont Education is seeking a Speech and Debate Teacher to join its ENREACH extra-curricular programme in Shanghai and Beijing.
Background
The extra-curricular school program has been running since 2012. In addition to the speech and debate curriculum, liberal arts courses in drama and critical thinking are also delivered. The programme educators instruct, guide and challenge the next generation of thinkers, makers and leaders of global change.

Students:
The students are 8-18 years of age, motivated and ambitious, presenting few disciplinary challenges looking to study abroad.
Teachers and Staff:
You will work in a team with both western and Chinese educators and staff to build confidence in students. The tight-knit team works closely together in a collaborative environment.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (communications, political science or education preferred)
Teaching experience preferred
The ability to live and work in China for one to two years
A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment
