St Andrews Samakee International School is seeking an outstanding SEND Lead to join our inclusive, forward-thinking school community in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

Are you an experienced SEND practitioner with expertise in Anxiety, ASD and ADHD? Are you passionate about shaping and expanding high-quality SEND provision in an international setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role: As SEND Lead, you will:

  • Manage and develop our SEN unit and SEND provision

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups, ensuring their individual needs are met

  • Lead and support a team of staff, coordinating with our on-site therapists and developmental paediatrician

  • Assess students’ needs, produce and review individual education plans, and support mainstream inclusion and alternative pathways

  • Play a key role in strategic planning and data-informed interventions

  • Foster strong communication with families, supporting transitions and inclusion
