St Andrews Samakee International School is seeking an outstanding SEND Lead to join our inclusive, forward-thinking school community in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

About the Role: As SEND Lead, you will:
Manage and develop our SEN unit and SEND provision
Support students 1:1 and in small groups, ensuring their individual needs are met
Lead and support a team of staff, coordinating with our on-site therapists and developmental paediatrician
Assess students’ needs, produce and review individual education plans, and support mainstream inclusion and alternative pathways
Play a key role in strategic planning and data-informed interventions
Foster strong communication with families, supporting transitions and inclusion
