Secondary Teacher of Computer Science

SBS International School Chiang Mai is seeking an outstanding Secondary Teacher of Computing to join our growing international school community. This role reflects our strategic shift from traditional ICT toward Computer Science, digital innovation, coding, and technology solution design.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver a future-focused Computing curriculum that develops:

• Computational thinking and problem-solving

• Programming and software development skills

• Digital systems understanding

• Ethical and responsible technology use

You will play an active role in shaping the Computing curriculum, contributing to interdisciplinary learning, and supporting the school’s culture of innovation and academic excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A recognised teaching qualification with a specialism in Computing, Computer Science, or Digital Technologies

• Experience teaching within a Cambridge or international curriculum framework (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of coding, digital systems, and computational thinking

• A passion for innovation, student-centred learning, and educational technology

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
