International Christian School Nonthaburi (ICSN) is the only Christian International school in the city of Nonthaburi, Thailand. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary Principal to lead our Secondary School program. The Secondary Principal will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of the Secondary department, including academic programs, curriculum development, student achievement, teacher growth, parent relationships, student enrollment growth, and student retention. The ideal candidate will be a strong Christian educational leader who is passionate about building a Christ-centered school culture, developing teachers, improving student learning outcomes, and helping each student grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for the overall Secondary School program
Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the American curriculum standards
Lead, mentor, evaluate, and support Secondary teachers and staff
Develop strategies to improve student achievement, engagement, and overall school experience
Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the wider school community
Work collaboratively with Admissions and Marketing teams to support student enrollment growth
Develop initiatives to improve student retention and strengthen family satisfaction
Analyze student data and school performance to guide decision-making and school improvement
Oversee Secondary operations, scheduling, staffing, resources, and daily management
Lead and support the spiritual mission of ICSN by demonstrating Christian values and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with students, families, and the community
Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive learning environment aligned with ICSN’s mission and values
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in school leadership, including roles such as Principal, Assistant Principal, Department Head, Curriculum Coordinator, or other administrative leadership positions
Strong knowledge of American curriculum standards
Experience leading curriculum development, instructional improvement, and teacher professional growth
Experience working in an international school environment preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead teams, manage resources, solve problems, and implement innovative teaching practices

Compensation:
Starting salary of around ฿1,200,000-฿1,800,000+.
