We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team at The American School of Bangkok Green Valley Campus.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong mathematical content knowledge, a commitment to student well-being, and the ability to deliver rigorous, engaging instruction within a supportive international school environment that values academic excellence and mindfulness-based education.
Teach assigned mathematics courses in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic standards
Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons that promote conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Prepare students for academic assessments and continued mathematical development
Use varied instructional strategies and assessments to support diverse learners
Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and abilities
Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate academic records
Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum alignment and instructional practices
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school leadership regarding student progress
Integrate educational technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment
Contribute positively to the school community through advisory, extracurricular activities, and school initiatives
Support and participate in the school's mindfulness and well-being programs
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Valid teaching certification or license
Minimum of 2–3 years of mathematics teaching experience
Experience with American or international curricula preferred
Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum standards, instructional strategies, and assessment practices
Demonstrated ability to support students with diverse learning needs
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in educational technology and data-informed instruction
