We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and innovative Secondary Homeroom Teacher to join our small and vibrant community located in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai and the beautiful valley of Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai.

Our Mission:
To cultivate healthy and joyful next generation who are ready to benefit oneself and others, and lead the future with compassion and wisdom.

Our Core Educational Pillars in the AI Era
In an era defined by the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence, education must go beyond knowledge acquisition, our educational framework is designed to develop the whole child—mind, heart, and future capabilities:
Dharma & The Ten Paramitas (Inner Stability & Wisdom): Amidst external noise, we cultivate deep inner peace, focus, and spiritual grounding. This spiritual foundation ensures our students remain centered and resilient.
McKinsey’s 56 DELTAs (Future-Ready Skills): We build the cognitive, interpersonal, self-leadership, and digital competencies essential for thriving in the modern world.
PBL + AI (AI as a Second Brain): Through Project-Based Learning, students do not just consume technology; they master it. By using AI as a cognitive partner, they learn to analyze, innovate, and solve real-world problems.
The Valley Classroom (Nature as the Ultimate Teacher): We choose to have learning happen in the valley because we believe nature is the best classroom for life practice: Richly embodying the five great elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space—the valley provides an exceptional, grounding energy field for meditation and Dharma practice. Here, students learn to coexist harmoniously with a diverse ecosystem of plants, animals, and all living things, grounding their high-tech future in deep natural roots.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking educators who bring a youthful energy and an open mind to the learning environment, and genuinely joyful people who naturally radiates positivity. We welcome those who hold fresh, innovative perspectives on education and are eager to rethink how children learn. Beyond academics, a deep interest in—or a profound understanding of—the truth of life, helps to guide students not just in their studies, but in their holistic journey as human beings. If you are ready to co-create the future of education for the next generation right here in our valley, we want you on our team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified native English speaker who enjoys project-based, inquiry-based, and outdoor experiential learning. You will work alongside a Chinese co-teacher with a small group of Year 7 students (11–15 years old).
