This position is open to Native English Speakers only (USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa). Applications from non-native speakers will not be considered.
Applicants must currently reside in Thailand and meet ALL minimum requirements. Applications that do not meet the criteria will not be considered.
This is a structured academic role and is not suitable for short-term or entry-level teaching candidates.
Saint Dominic School is a well-established Catholic (Salesian) institution with a strong academic reputation and over 1,300 students from Grades 1–12. As part of the continued expansion and enrichment of our English Program, we are seeking experienced and professional teachers who are committed to structured instruction, clear academic standards, and collaborative school culture.
The school is actively strengthening academic outcomes through curriculum consistency, purposeful lesson design, and the systematic development of confident English language learners across all grade levels.

Salary & Benefits
• 12-month contract
• Salary range: 40,000–50,000 THB per month (based on qualifications and relevant experience; negotiable for exceptional candidates). Native English-speaking candidates with a Master’s degree in Education and a recognized teaching license may be offered a higher salary.
• Approximately 5 weeks paid school holidays plus Thai public holidays
• 40 THB per workday coffee allowance

• Optional after-school teaching opportunities may be available for additional income

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured, high-quality lessons aligned with school expectations and curriculum standards
• Prepare semester course outlines and weekly lesson plans
• Design and administer reading and writing assessments for midterm and final examinations
• Monitor student progress through regular grading and feedback
• Ensure textbooks and worksheets are reviewed and graded at least once every two weeks
• Maintain accurate student records and submit grades following examination periods
• Contribute to academic events, departmental collaboration, and school activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and disciplined classroom environment
Working Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 07:45–16:45
• Teaching load: approximately 20 periods per week
