Job overview
Traill International School has provided outstanding education to local and international students since 1966. The school aims to nurture all students to achieve their full potential within a caring and supportive environment. Students have a love of learning and enjoy coming to school whilst teacher satisfaction and retention is extremely high.

We currently have 425 students on roll and this number is growing steadily. We provide a holistic education for students from ages 2-18 and follow the UK National Curriculum which is modified to meet the international nature of our student body. Students sit IGCSEs in Year 11 and progress to AS and A levels or to our unique Traill Diploma programme which is certified and regulated by the Thai Government and enables students to enter university in Thailand and other parts of Asia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary Biology Teacher to join our highly successful science team. Applicants should be able to teach across KS3 to KS5 and A level. Those with the ability to teach a second science subject are particularly desirable.

This role also offers the exciting potential for a Head of Faculty position for the right candidate.

Required experience and qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in relevant subject area with UK PGCE, iPGCE or other teaching qualification giving QTS.
Excellent working knowledge of teaching students using the National Curriculum for England and Wales.

Safeguarding
Traill International School is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to the receipt of an enhanced DBS disclosure/ICPC, a criminal records check, fully translated if you teach outside of the UK, satisfactory references, and medical clearance.
