We are currently hiring a NES Secondary Arts & Design Teacher position requires a start date before mid July 2025.

Ideal Candidates:
• Showing outstanding characteristics; energetic, compassionate, resilient, and initiative.
• Willing to commit for a minimum of 1-2 years.
• Holding a mature attitude towards work and a growth mindset.
• Knowledge of Thai curriculum is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Digital Art and Digital Graphic Design is highly advantageous.
• Available to start no later than mid-July 2025, and to commit until March 2026 (the end of school academic year).

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Design, or a related field.
• Teaching experience in Arts subject is a strong recommendation.
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching Secondary students, preferably in an English-medium setting.
• Fluency in English and effective classroom management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
• Teaching (average 18-20 periods/week): Develop lesson plans for Art (e.g., drawing, painting, art history) and Design and Technology (e.g., product design, practical skills) to engage students.
• Assessment: Evaluate student work through projects, portfolios, and exams, offering constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Ensure a safe, inclusive environment in the art studio and workshop.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records of attendance and grades, communicate with parents, attend department and school meetings and events.
• Collaboration: Support curriculum development and participate in school initiatives.
• Professional Development: Participate in professional development growth through continuous learning, collaboration with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and active participation in art and design initiatives.

Base Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 THB
• The offer greatly varies depending on the applicant's qualifications and teaching assignments
• Upon a teaching assignment, there are potential additional incomes from extra lesson, homeroom allowance, and so on.
