We are seeking two qualified, caring, and dependable School Nurses to support the health, safety, and well-being of students across the whole school.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate first aid, emergency care, and health support to students and staff.
- Assess illness and injury and determine appropriate next steps, including returning to class, resting in the clinic, contacting parents, referring for medical care, or activating emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential student health records.
- Monitor student medical information, immunization records, allergies, medications, and other relevant health needs.
- Support students with chronic or ongoing health conditions, including asthma, allergies, and other identified medical needs.
- Administer medication in accordance with school procedures and appropriate medical authorization.
- Conduct health screenings and assessments when required.
- Communicate appropriately with parents, teachers, school leadership, and healthcare professionals regarding student health concerns.
- Recognize and promptly report safeguarding or child-protection concerns according to school procedures.
- Support school emergency preparedness, including medical emergencies, accidents, and school-wide safety procedures.
- Promote healthy habits, hygiene, and physical and emotional well-being within the school community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field (required).
- Appropriate professional nursing qualification/license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; experience in a school, pediatric, or emergency-care setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, common childhood illnesses, injuries, allergies, and emergency response.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to respond calmly, professionally, and appropriately during emergencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with children, parents, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining health documentation and records.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
