About the Role
The School Liaison Officer serves as a key link between foreign teacher staff and school management. The role focuses on supporting teachers, facilitating clear communication, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, assisting with administrative and staff-related processes, and helping to address questions, concerns, and requests from teaching staff.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping different teams work together effectively. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, manage multiple responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced school environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between teaching staff and school management.
- Communicate school policies, procedures, announcements, and operational updates to staff.
- Gather feedback, concerns, and requests from teachers and communicate them to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with teachers and staff to ensure timely resolution of staff-related requests or issues.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between academic, administrative, and support departments.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new teachers.
- Assist with staff records, documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings, staff briefings, and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to communicate professionally in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in administration, human resources, education, or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a school or educational setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of Thai labour regulations, visa/work permit processes, or education-related administration is an advantage
