One Hope International School is a growing international school in Northern Thailand committed to academic excellence, strong leadership systems, and structured operational standards. We are currently seeking a qualified international professional to serve as our Receptionist & Admissions Officer.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and service-oriented candidate to join our front office team. This role requires strong English communication skills, administrative discipline, and the ability to represent the school with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.

The Receptionist & Admissions Officer plays a key role in admissions growth, parent communication, and the daily operational flow of the school.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management

• Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries (with translation support when needed)
• Schedule appointments and campus tours
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area

Admissions & Enrollment Support
• Respond to inquiries from prospective families
• Provide clear information about the school, programs, and tuition structure
• Guide families through the application and enrollment process
• Collect and verify required documentation
• Coordinate student assessments with academic coordinators
• Maintain waiting lists and admissions tracking systems
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective families to support the enrollment process

Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintain student records (digital and physical)
• Support documentation for Ministry of Education requirements and WASC accreditation
• Track internal submission deadlines
• Assist with reports and documentation as requested

Parent Relations & Communication
• Serve as the first point of contact for parent concerns
• Handle minor issues professionally and escalate when necessary
• Support school leadership with scheduling and coordination

Event & School Operations Support
• Assist in organizing parent meetings and school events
• Support student sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Ensure school policies and procedures are followed consistently

Requirements
• Must be an international candidate
• Strong fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Education, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred)
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Experience in customer service, administration, or a school environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a multicultural international school environment
• Proficient with Google Drive and digital systems
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality
