Saint Dominic School is a long-established, respected private school in Bangkok (Salesian / Catholic tradition), serving learners from Prathom 1 to Mattayom 6 (Grade 1–12). With over 1,300 students and a large professional teaching staff, we are expanding our successful English Program and are hiring three Primary-level teachers for the new academic year.

Open Positions (Primary)
🔹 Primary English Teacher (1 position)

Compensation & Benefits (Direct Hire — No Agency)
We offer a competitive package for qualified primary educators:
🔹 12-month contract
🔹 Starting salary: 40,000–50,000 THB/month (based on qualifications and experience; negotiable for exceptional qualifications/experience)
🔹 Paid school holidays (approximately 5 weeks) plus Thai public holidays
🔹 12-month accident and emergency insurance (provided by the school)
🔹 Work permit and visa support, with documentation arranged by our HR department
🔹 Modern learning environments with air-conditioned classrooms and projector-equipped teaching spaces
🔹 Additional teaching opportunities may be available for extra income
Work Schedule & Interview Details
🔹 Working days: Monday–Friday
🔹 Hours: 07:50–16:45
🔹 Teaching load: approximately 20–24 periods per week (50 minutes per period)
🔹 Interview period: beginning early February (online or in-person)
🔹 Applicants must currently be in Thailand and available to attend an interview
🔹 Shortlisted candidates may be asked to deliver a brief teaching demonstration (in-person or online)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
🔹 Native English speaker (passport holders from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa)
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or a relevant subject area preferred)
🔹 Teaching qualifications are strongly preferred (e.g., PGCE/PGCEi or equivalent teacher certification/licensure, PGDE/PGDipEd/GradDipEd, BEd, MEd, CELTA, TEFL/TESOL)
🔹 Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience preferred (Primary level strongly preferred)
🔹 Experience teaching in Thailand is an advantage
🔹 Experience teaching the specific subject area (English / Mathematics / Science) is strongly preferred
🔹 Strong professional standards, reliable classroom practice, and a positive, collaborative work ethic
