The successful candidate will lead curriculum development, strengthen teaching and learning, develop high-performing teams and ensure that every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their full potential.
Working closely with the Head of School and wider Senior Leadership Team, the Primary Principal will provide clear direction, foster professional growth and collaboration, and ensure continuity and progression across the whole school. A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum, effective school improvement, inclusive education and the importance of positive partnerships with families will be essential.
The ideal candidate will bring proven senior leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, integrity and resilience, alongside the vision and energy to inspire staff, engage families and contribute to the continued success of BISP.
