WeLearn Academy is seeking two Primary Teacher Assistants to join our vibrant team and support the development of our learners in a collaborative and innovative learning environment. Our approach emphasizes personalized learning, critical thinking, and cultural integration, and we need professionals who share this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist primary teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with our school’s learning style.
• Provide individual and group support to students to enhance their understanding and skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare learning materials and manage classroom activities.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally aware classroom environment.
• Support students in developing English and Thai language skills as part of our bilingual program.
• Assist in monitoring student progress and reporting findings to lead teachers and parents.
Qualifications:
• Teaching experience: Previous experience working with primary-level students is required.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English (required) and Thai (required).
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with young learners and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
• A commitment to fostering critical thinking, creativity, and active engagement in the classroom.
