Professional Requirements
Safeguarding & Welfare: Actively champion student well-being; strictly follow safeguarding reporting procedures, uphold health and safety standards, carry out risk assessments, and maintain accurate attendance registers.
Inclusion & Support: Adapt instruction to support English language learners and students with additional educational needs (AEN).
Classroom & Pastoral Leadership: Serve as an exemplary homeroom/class teacher, conduct required supervisory duties, and apply restorative behaviour management policies.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders, build positive family partnerships, and collaborate across the Junior School, college, and wider Dulwich group.
Community Engagement: Support school activities and service learning, leading at least one hour of extra-curricular activities (ECA) weekly.

Qualifications and Experience Required
At least two years’ post qualification experience.
PGCE or QTS, Teaching License from non-UK countries are required.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area.
Successful experience in working with students in Key Stage 2.
Demonstrated experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment.
Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with the British education system is preferred.
Experience in teaching EAL students preferred.
Experience working in a high-performing school.
Ability to analyse student data and promote student achievement.
Demonstrated experience of the use of educational ICT to promote learning.
An understanding of how the learning continuum flows through the College.
