We are seeking an outstanding, passionate, and deeply caring Music Teacher to join our highly successful Music Team. The ideal candidate must have a genuine passion for participation and accessibility, ensuring every child has the opportunity to discover, engage with, and fully realize their musical ability. They must be able to deliver engaging lessons that actively build confidence, foster joy in music-making, and unlock the innate creativity within all of our children.
The successful applicant will place student well-being and social-emotional development at the very heart of every decision and action. They will demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting all children in reaching their full emotional, social, and academic potential.
A proven ability to work creatively and collaboratively, with a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges, is essential. The applicant must also be capable of delivering a rigorous, skills-based thematic curriculum that fosters engagement, curiosity and challenge, and is personalised for our children and context.
