Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s in Education preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience. Previous leadership or administrative experience is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong organizational prowess, IT literacy (Google Workspace/EdTech), and a collaborative "team-first" mindset.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge communication between staff, students, and parents.
