Lighthouse Education Phuket is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Native English Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English, possesses a pleasant and cheerful personality, and is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Applicant should already be living in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
-Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development for Primary students.
-Develop and implement creative and interacting lesson plans to inspire and engage children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes cultural understanding and respect.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded educational experience for our students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote growth.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Pleasant and cheerful personality, with the ability to connect and to relate to young learners.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methods and styles.
- Flexibility in adjusting teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children to develop academic skills and a love of learning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- Previous experience and working in a school setting for 1-2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Education
Starting salary for this position is minimum 45,000 with potential for higher package depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience. We offer competitive packages and opportunities for growth and professional development.
