POSITION 1 and 2: NES Teaching Positions
The successful candidates will teach primary students using the Cambridge Global English Curriculum, focusing on building early literacy skills and supporting learners who require differentiation and intervention.
We are particularly interested in teachers who can:
Differentiate lessons effectively
Create resources for non-readers and struggling learners
Support students through targeted interventions
Foster a calm, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
Experience with reading schemes and online learning programmes is an advantage.
Essential Qualities
Experience teaching Primary English, especially learners with low English proficiency (EAL)
Ability to adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs, including SEN
Strong understanding of early literacy (phonics, reading, basic writing)
Patient, caring, and supportive teaching style
Ability to use simple assessments to identify learning gaps and track progress
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education
Position Benefits
One-year renewable contract: 1 May 2026 – 30 April 2027
Salary: 60,000 THB per month
8 weeks paid holiday per school year + most Thai national holidays

Job Outline & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an education-related subject
Eligible to apply for (or already hold) a Thai teaching licence
Police clearance from home country, prior to teaching
Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is beneficial but not essential
Positions 1 and 2 are open to native English speakers (NES) from the UK, US, Aus, Can. NZ, SA and Ireland. Candidates should have a neutral accent.
POSITIONS 3 & 4: Non- Native Speakers (Must have a high level of English, with a neutral accent).
We are looking for 2 NNES teachers to work within our Fun English Programme. The programme is focused on developing spoken English and will involve elements of English and drama. The successful candidates will teach from Primary 1- Primary 6. There will be 24 lessons of 45 minutes per week.
We are particularly interested in teachers who can:
Run active, dynamic lessons
Work with other teachers to develop EAL spoken skills
Support students through goal-setting
Foster a calm, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
Be adaptable and be able to use your initiative to drive spoken improvement at the school
Essential Qualities
Experience teaching Spoken English, especially learners with low English proficiency (EAL)
Ability to adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs, including SEN
Be outgoing and a strong team player
Patient, caring, and supportive teaching style to encourage EAL learners
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education

About the School
Learn Satit Pattana (LSP) is located in Klong Sam Wa, behind Safari World, approximately 30 km from central Bangkok. Many teachers choose to live near Fashion Island, just a 15–20-minute drive from the school. The school has over 2,000 students across Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary levels, with nearly 50% of lessons delivered in English. The school day consists of 8 lessons and a 1-hour lunch break. Each teacher teaches 24 lessons of 45 minutes per week and two cover lessons.
