Job Description:

The Shri Ram Universal School, Bengaluru, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong love for young children, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the school's curriculum framework.

Classroom Management:

Create a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment that encourages positive social interactions and fosters the development of the whole child.Child Development:

Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development. Provide feedback to parents through regular parent-teacher meetings.

Creative Activities:

Incorporate a variety of creative activities such as art, music, storytelling, and play to stimulate children's imaginations and promote learning.Social and Emotional Development:

Guide and support children in developing social skills, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence.

Parental Engagement:

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, and participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings.

Health and Safety:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Follow the school’s health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:-

A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching preschool or early years.

- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Certification in first aid and CPR is an added advantage.
