Location: Soi Samaharn, Sukhumvit Soi 4, Bangkok Type: Contract, with consideration of Full-time Compensation: THB 20,000/month Start date: ASAP, within 2 weeks

About the role
We're launching Ruam Rudee Playgroup, a small, weekly playgroup for children aged 6 months to 3 years, and we're looking for one dedicated person to bring it to life. This is a hybrid role: part playgroup facilitator, part front-line admissions support. You'll lead our weekly sessions, and outside of that you'll be the friendly voice and face who responds to parent inquiries by phone, Facebook, and email, and occasionally helps guide school tours.

What you'll do
Plan and lead our weekly playgroup sessions (circle time, reading stories, free play, closing circle) for toddlers and their parent or nanny
Answer parent inquiries by phone, Facebook Messenger, and email, warmly and promptly
Occasionally support and lead school tours for prospective families, we'll train you for this
Help build genuine relationships with playgroup families, many of whom will go on to consider enrolling their child at the school

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience working with young children (childcare, teaching, or early childhood education)
Bilingual in English and Thai, comfortable reading, writing, and typing in both
Warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, genuinely good with people, and able to read a room
Comfortable being the face of the school with parents: presentable, professional, and personable
Strong written communication and good grammar in English and Thai
Comfortable with everyday technology, including using tools like ChatGPT or Claude as part of your day-to-day work
A fast learner who's happy to pick up new systems and ways of working

Nice to have
A background in sales, marketing, and / or customer service
Early childhood education certification
Able to play a musical instrument (a fun bonus for playgroup sessions!)
