Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for young learners
