Kids’ Academy International School is looking for a warm, caring, creative, and enthusiastic Playgroup Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for young children, creating a positive learning environment through play-based learning and encouraging parent-child interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging playgroup sessions for young children.
Organise activities including music, singing, storytelling, arts and crafts, sensory play, and movement.
Support children's early development, social skills, communication, and confidence through play.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
Encourage parent participation and build positive relationships with families.
Prepare and maintain classroom materials, toys, and learning resources.
Support school events and other activities as assigned by the School Director.
Qualifications:
A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or playgroup setting is an advantage.
Good command of spoken English.
Creative, energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
