Position Overview:
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Hei Schools Phuket. The successful candidate will deliver the Finnish Curriculum for Early Years and IB PYP to Primary level, fostering a positive learning atmosphere that supports each child’s growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in physical education at the elementary/primary level
- Experience working with the IB PYP curriculum preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development principles related to physical activity
- Ability to design inclusive, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote fitness, teamwork, and motor skills development
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient classroom management skills ensuring a safe learning environment
