Part-Time ESL Teacher (Grade 3 Tutoring)
School: Séquoia Nova International Primary School (Bangkok)
We are looking for a dedicated part-time ESL teacher to provide intensive tutoring in phonics, reading, and writing for a Grade 3 learner who is currently about three years behind in English literacy.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (15 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: 12 December 2025
Type: Fixed-term contract
Salary: 15,000 THB per month
Requirements:
- Experience teaching phonics, reading, and writing at the primary level
- Strong background in literacy development and remedial teaching
- Non-native speakers are welcome to apply
- Patient, structured, and able to adapt teaching strategies to learner’s needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily one-to-one tutoring sessions with a Grade 3 learner
- Focus on accelerating progress in phonics, reading comprehension, spelling, and writing
- Create and adapt lesson plans to suit the learner’s level and progress
Report progress regularly to the school team
