SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (KinderWorld International Group) is now hiring OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to be based in Corporate Office in Gamuda Gardens, Hoang Mai, Ha Noi.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate with schools to make sure that new policies / changes / applications from Company are carried out.
· Handle logistics/maintenance/renovation requirements for school set-up, facilities and daily operations.
· Deal with outsources; logistics arrangement and support onsite on events
· Assist in organizing the Department’s annual projects (Medical check-up for students, First aid training for staff, Firefighting training for staff, Operations audit….)
· Assist Operations Department Head: Student special request; Students’ Information and Enrolment Trend, Monthly newsletter, Enrolment season duties, Review insurance claim for students
· Coordinate with other parties for Lease agreement, lease renewal of premises, renovation, Correspondence regarding assigned matters
· Assist administrative jobs for licensing process for schools
REQUIREMENTS
· Good command of English
· More than 2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative or Operations. Prefer in education field
WORKING TIME : From Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00)
WORKING LOCATION: Gamuda Gardens, Yen So, Hoang Mai, Hanoi
