Minimum requirements:
- An Undergraduate Education Degree or Bachelors degree plus an internationally recognised postgraduate teaching qualification eg. PGCE.
- At least 3 years’ experience teaching in Early Years
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Native English speaker.
- Commitment to Values-based Education and Enquiry Learning
In the Early Years section of the school we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum from the UK and in the Primary and Secondary Schools we follow the Cambridge International Curriculum. An in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy is essential, in addition to first hand experience of phonics teaching programmes such as Jolly Phonics.
