Secondary - Music

We are seeking a passionate Secondary Music Teacher who can inspire students through performance, composition, ensemble work and music technology, while also developing thriving bands, choirs and instrumental groups across the school. You will play a key role in stretching our most talented young musicians and nurturing a vibrant performance culture. Experience teaching IGCSE or A Level Music is a bonus but not essential; applicants with exam-class experience should highlight this.
We want to hear from teachers who:
Inspire confident performance, creative composition and musical expression across KS3–5
Lead ensembles, performances and collaborative music-making experiences
Use music technology and diverse genres to engage modern learners
Build a vibrant performance culture across the school community
Prioritise safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing
Can highlight any experience with IGCSE/A Level exam classes (advantageous but not essential)
Are enthusiastic about contributing to a growing arts programme with leadership potential
