Pensmith International School is expanding, and we’re looking for a goal-oriented, creative, and proactive Marketing & Business Development Officer to help us grow. About the Role
This hybrid role combines marketing, sales, and business development. You'll play a key part in boosting student enrollment, building partnerships, managing campaigns, and showcasing our vibrant school community — all while reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive student enrollment.
2. Manage and nurture prospective leads through phone calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
3. Research and analyze direct competitors, educational trends, and the local/international school market to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
4. Build and maintain relationships with local and overseas educational agencies and partners.
5. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.), including tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
6. Create engaging visual and written content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and the school website to promote activities and values—experience with Photoshop or Illustrator is preferred.
7. Plan and execute on-site/off-site events, exhibitions, and school tours.
8. Collaborate closely with the Academic Team to gather timely updates and key messaging points.
9. Coordinate with local media for advertising, PR, and press opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
-Bilingual: Fluent in English and Thai (spoken & written).
-Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-starter who can multitask and make sound decisions.
-Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
-Tech-savvy: Excel, Ad Management, photography; design and video editing skills are a big bonus.
What You’ll Get
Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 THB/month (based on experience)
