TSI International School Bangkok (Bearing Campus)

TSI Bearing Primary School opened in August 2025 with nine classes (Pre-Nursery – Year 6). Due to ongoing demand from new families, we are now seeking applications from enthusiastic, dynamic, well-qualified and committed teachers to work in a supportive school environment where expectations of students and staff are high.

TSI teachers deliver the English National Curriculum using an engaging inquiry-based approach. They play a key role in fostering academic growth and personal development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

1) DURATION: Applicants for this position must be available to commence teaching on 27th October 2025 (after half-term). The ability to start before then may be advantageous. Initial contracts will be until 31st July 2027 (with option of renewal).

2) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences based on the English National Curriculum.

- Value and actively promote the TSI Guiding Statements across the curriculum and within all facets of school life.

- Provide pastoral care to the children in your Homeroom class.

- Communicate with parents on student needs, progress and achievement.

- Contribute to the broader life of the school through ECA's or similar.

3) QUALIFICATIONS

- Native English speaker

- Bachelor of Education or equivalent postgraduate teaching qualification from a reputable university in a Western country.

4) EXPERIENCE:

- While we prefer applicants to have at least 2 years of experience teaching in their home country, we will consider some recent graduates if their CV highlights their ability to contribute to our school and our learners’ development.

- Experience teaching children aged 2-11 years.

- Experience working with the UK Curriculum and/or EYFS Framework.

5) HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

- Inquiry-based teaching pedagogy that promotes student engagement and ownership of their learning

- Previous experience in an international school.

- Additional qualifications and/or recent professional development.

- A commitment to growing Global Citizenship, 21st Century Skills and Universal Values in our students.
