Your Role:
Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 2-6.
Implement Finnish-inspired early childhood approaches, focusing on social-emotional learning, independence, and creativity.
Design engaging, play-based lessons that foster curiosity and exploration.
Collaborate with teacher assistants and specialists to ensure holistic child development.
Support differentiation by leading base activities that cater to individual learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Native English speaker
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in Kindergarten
Passion for student-centered and play-based learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
