Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Native English-speaking Teacher to teach a combined K1 & K2 class at our Sathorn campus. This role involves delivering engaging lessons that promote language development, social skills, and foundational academic concepts in line with the EYFS and Montessori-inspired curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for mixed K1 and K2 students aligned with the EYFS framework and Montessori-inspired principles.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, independence, and curiosity.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on language, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and Montessori materials to engage young learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly and communicate with parents and staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the teaching team and school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Ensure classroom management promotes respect, cooperation, and safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license preferred (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching K1 and/or K2 students in an international or similar setting.
- Familiarity with EYFS and Montessori methods is essential.
- Passion for working with young children and a nurturing teaching style.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
