Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Program Headmaster, located in Samut Sakhon, Thailand. The International Program Headmaster will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the international curriculum, managing faculty, providing educational leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with teachers and staff, monitoring student progress, developing and maintaining educational policies, and fostering a positive school environment.
Qualifications
Skills in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy
Experience in Education and Educational Leadership
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and management abilities
Familiarity with international education standards and practices
Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution
