Teach Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics (0580), Extended curriculum.
Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that develop conceptual understanding, mathematical fluency and problem-solving.
Develop students’ mathematical reasoning and independent learning skills.
Use assessment to identify misconceptions, adapt teaching and provide targeted support and challenge.
Prepare students effectively for Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics Extended examinations.
Contribute to departmental planning, resource development and collaborative practice.
Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent.
Two to three years’ experience teaching Secondary Mathematics.
Strong subject knowledge relevant to Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics, Extended curriculum.
Experience teaching Cambridge or Edexcel Mathematics is desirable.
Familiarity with, or willingness to develop expertise in, Singapore Mathematics approaches.
Strong proficiency in English for teaching and professional communication.
