Key Responsibilities
• Academic Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor teaching staff to ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels.
• Curriculum & Pedagogy: Oversee lesson planning, curriculum execution, formative/summative assessments, and effective classroom management practices.
• Teacher Mentorship: Provide ongoing instructional coaching, constructive feedback, and continuous professional development opportunities.
• Community Communication: Maintain open, professional, and transparent lines of communication with parents, faculty, and executive school leadership.
• School & Student Welfare: Uphold school policies, promote safeguarding protocols, and champion overall student well-being and holistic development.
Candidate Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, accompanied by arecognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Teaching Certificate, or Diploma in
Teaching).
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience, ideally within a bilingual or international school setting.
• Leadership: Proven track record in an educational leadership or departmental management role.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong team-building abilities.
• Attributes: Professional, adaptable, highly dedicated to student success, and a Native English speaker (preferred).
