The Head of Senior School will lead and manage the day-to-day running of the Senior School and line-manage all senior leaders. They will be highly organised, be an adaptable and innovative leader, a good motivator, communicator and administrator, and capable of leading many key aspects of an expanding and high-profile British International School. They will be able to provide professional leadership and guidance across a range of areas to enable the effective development of the College, all staff and pupils.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the development of the whole College; ensuring a consistently positive experience for all our pupils.
