We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Head of School/Director on a Fixed Term contract basis.

Introduction:
As the Head of School at International School Chiang Mai, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and direction for the school community. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of academic programs, student development, staff management, and overall operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality education that meets international standards.
The Head of School must be a Christian who demonstrates a commitment to following the teachings of Jesus Christ through their conduct. It is essential for the Head of School to have a strong commitment to the mission and vision of the institution and to effectively implement its educational objectives. This role necessitates the expertise to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, parents, and administration within a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
At least a Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field, along with qualification as an administrator in the applicant's home country.
Prior international experience is preferred.
A strong background in curriculum development is also preferred.
Candidates with previous successful administrative experience at other levels are given priority.
Preference will be given to candidates with degrees and experience from Western countries.
Candidates should be proactive, passionate, and self-motivated.
Experience in administering various assessments and analyzing/communicating results is required.
Experience in data analysis and setting goals to improve instructional practices is desirable.
Experience with the WASC accreditation process is preferred.
Familiarity with interactive technology is also beneficial.
