We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Primary to lead our dedicated primary team and oversee the continued development and success of our primary school.

Role Overview
The Head of Primary will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Primary School. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to fostering an inspiring learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Primary School.
Lead and manage teaching staff, including performance evaluation, mentoring, and professional development.
Ensure the delivery of a high-quality curriculum that aligns with international standards and supports differentiated learning.
Foster a positive school culture rooted in respect, kindness, and responsibility.
Monitor and improve academic performance and student progress.
Work closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team to implement school-wide initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with parents, addressing concerns and promoting engagement in school life.
Support admissions, events, and marketing activities for the primary department.
Ensure all school policies and safeguarding procedures are followed.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s or postgraduate qualification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in international education (British, IB, or similar curriculum preferred).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
Flexible, forward-thinking, and passionate about educational excellence.
