Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring effective delivery of the UK curriculum.
Develop engaging lesson plans that meet diverse student needs.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
Support professional development within the department.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field (minimum requirement).
At least 3 years teaching experience in Secondary/High School settings.
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire students and foster a positive learning environment.
