We seek a qualified and experienced teacher and leader to join us as Head of Faculty - Enterprise, where your focus will be:
To lead, model and deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning, embodying the Regents Teaching and Learning Consistencies and Principles through the highest expectations for all, a strong academic ethos, inclusive practice, high levels of student participation and thinking, and purposeful, responsive teaching that enables every student to thrive.
To provide inspirational leadership, support and guidance to colleagues, building a strong teaching team and creating the conditions for both students and staff to excel.
To lead high-quality curriculum, assessment and pedagogical development across the faculty, ensuring rigorous and engaging learning aligned with IGCSE, A Level and IB requirements.
To use assessment, student progress information and quality assurance effectively to evaluate provision, strengthen professional practice and secure excellent student outcomes.
To contribute significantly to wider school improvement, promoting the priorities and values of Regents and Nord Anglia Education while creating meaningful opportunities for students within and beyond the classroom.
The Successful Candidate will possess: Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification, together with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or area.
A proven track record of successful teaching and clear evidence of developing engaging curricula that enable students to perform highly.
The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues, establishing a collaborative and high-performing culture with meaningful accountability for outcomes.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
