POSITION: HEAD OF ADMISSIONS
Highgate International School Thailand will open in August 2026. A premium international school located in the beautiful province of Chonburi, it will cater for students between the ages of 2 and 18.
Operated in partnership with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, staff will enjoy access to a wide range of world-class facilities, to include a full-sized FIFA approved football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seater auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building and a Library and Digital Media Centre. They will draw upon a rich academic heritage spanning 460 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Admissions will:
· Lead the full admissions cycle, from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring every prospective family experiences a warm, professional, and efficient journey.
· Implement robust admissions processes to include prompt inquiry handling, personalised tours, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding of new families.
· Oversee Admissions policy and management of a database, ensuring data integrity.
· Lead the administration process to collect all required forms for school operation.
· Lead the renewal process and support the timely collection of fees and deposits.
· Manage, track and report upon a range of key performance indicators.
· Lead and support the development of an admissions team.
· Work closely with the Head of School and Head of Marketing on the utilisation of admissions data.
· Support a wide range of school events, to include those hosted in the evening or at the weekend, as a key school representative.
· Manage a range of enrolment connected initiatives, to include scholarship applications and referrals.
· Screen applicant visas, so as to ensure the right to abode and education in Thailand.

· Be confident in data-driven decision making, using CRM tools to monitor pipeline progress and adjust tactics accordingly.
· Show cultural sensitivity, with the ability to connect equally well with Thai and international families.
· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and reassure families from diverse backgrounds.
· Be target-driven yet professional, understanding the balance between enrolment success and ethical admissions practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The Head of Admissions will:
· Hold a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or related field.
· Have at least 3 years of experience in school admissions or enrolment management, ideally within an international school or similar service-oriented setting.
· Demonstrate a successful track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment targets.
· Have experience in managing and assigning budgets.
· Be familiar with customer relations management systems.
· Be fluent in English.
· Be familiar with the requirements and immigration procedures regarding international students.
